Elbow Pain

The elbow joint is a synovial (fluid-filled) hinge joint that plays a crucial role in performing your everyday routine tasks. The joint is responsible for the movement of your hand and performs several functions, including allowing you to move your hand closer to or farther from your body, rotate your forearm, and flex and extend your arm. The elbow joint is made of bones, cartilage, ligaments, and tendons apart from the muscles and nerves. Any strain or overuse of these parts could cause elbow pain. Elbow Injury/ Elbow Pain can arise from any of the following conditions;
