Ligament Injury (Cruciate ligament) is found inside the knee joint. Anterior one is located in the front while the posterior is located at the back of the knee joint crossing each other to make an X.

Characteristics of Ligament Injury

Cause: Rapid change of direction OR sudden stopping, slowing down while running OR incorrect landing from a jump OR direct collision etc.

Symptoms: Pain and tenderness with swelling, loss of motion and discomfort while walking
